The “Psychologists — at your side“ campaign is a major national mental health initiative designed to destigmatise mental illness, break taboos and encourage the public to seek professional help.
Launched in september 2025 by the largest professional association of psychologists in Switzerland, this awareness campaign is based on a simple observation: no one is immune to hardship.
Contrary to narratives that downplay psychological distress, it sends a strong message at a time when social perceptions of vulnerability remain far too disqualifying and deserve to be actively challenged.
