my perspective on the feminine is expressed in a phallic register, through a defiance that asserts a certain authority: there is no desire to flee.

I like to think that, beyond aesthetic concerns, art that strives to expose conditioning might be capable of mitigating the harmful effects of a socio-cultural standardisation that simplifies our relationship to the world.
